Preston Dugas is a very knowledgable and experienced lawyer in his field of law. He has great insight and instincts regarding opposing counsels and juries and how they will react to various situations. He communicates clearly and will provide you with specific advice regarding your case. He did a great job of negotiating my case which resulted in a large settlement. If I could give less than one star I would. I had a conference call with the attorney Trent Cooper and he was extremely condescending and rude. He didn’t even let me finish explaining my situation, completely cut me off, and said I would be “wasting his time” and mine, so I immediately hung up the call. Do NOT go with this firm or if you do ask to speak with a different attorney.
